This tropical twist on traditional salsa combines the natural sweetness of ripe mangoes with the tang of lime juice, the heat of chili peppers, and the crispness of fresh herbs. The result? Ingredients
2 small honey mangoes
2 baby red bell peppers
1/4 red onion
juice from one lime
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
a handful of fresh cilantro and parsley
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a food blender and pulse until a salsa consistency is achieved;
Spoon this vibrant salsa over grilled chicken, fish, or steak for a refreshing contrast, or enjoy it as a side with grain bowls and tacos.
