Ingredients
600g/1.5lb ground beef
sauce: 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp honey, 3 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/4 cup water or broth, 1 Tbsp tapioca starch powder
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
5 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp avocado oil or animal fat
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients and chop the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the red onions for about 3 minutes until softened.
Add the ground beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir in the green onions. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with more green onions.
