Kimchi mustard vinaigrette
Kimchi mustard vinaigrette is a bold, tangy, and slightly spicy dressing that brings a fermented twist to your meals. Inspired by the deep umami flavors of kimchi, this vinaigrette combines the probiotic benefits of fermented foods with the bright acidity of vinegar and the richness of mustard.
It’s incredibly versatile—drizzle it over salads, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or rainbow bowls to add a punch of flavor. The natural fermentation in kimchi not only enhances gut health but also elevates the taste profile of the vinaigrette, making it a go-to for those who love depth and complexity in their dishes.
Making kimchi vinaigrette at home is simple. The result? A vibrant, probiotic-rich dressing that transforms any meal into a flavorful experience.
