Jiggae with Kimchi, Shrimp, Tofu, and Mushrooms

RECIPE
Ingredients
1 lb tofu, cut into small cubes
1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 lb kimchi, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Sauce:
1 Tbsp gochujang
3 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 cups fish or vegetable broth
Instructions:
Add the chopped kimchi to a pot and heat for 3 minutes.
Add the tofu, shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, and the sauce ingredients to the pot.
Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve hot with rice.
