Ingredients
60 asparagus stalks
20 slices of bacon
Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Rinse the asparagus and trim off the tough ends.
Bundle the asparagus into groups of 3 stalks. Wrap each bundle tightly with a slice of bacon and place them seam-side down on the prepared tray.
Repeat until you have 20 bundles.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and cooked to your liking.
Transfer to a serving platter and lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving.
