my Approach
I will review your health history and assess your digestive health, stress levels, diet, gut health, exercise routines, and lifestyle habits so I can better understand your problems and find an approach that works for you. I work with my clients through one-on-one or family/group sessions, create individualized plans, and offer consistent support so you can gain the knowledge and confidence to listen to your body.
My holistic approach includes recommendations for nutritional and lifestyle changes, supplementation, movement, and other therapies that I consider are necessary for your particular case.
