Mango avocado sauce

This mango avocado sauce is the perfect creamy sauce to uplift every meal, from salads to dinners! It is creamy, tangy, sweet, and sour, and you can change the consistency by adding more water as needed.

You can play with the ingredients also- add more greens like basil, lovage, mint, and cilantro, depending on your preferences.

You can spread it on your gluten-free avocado toast, season your salad with it, blob it on a piece of oven-baked salmon, or use it as a dipping sauce for your roasted potatoes! YUM!

RECIPE

Ingredients

one ripe avocado

1/2 bunch of parsley

1 ripe mango

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 Tbsp lime juice

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth;

  • Taste and adjust any seasoning to your liking.

Enjoy!
